Many cyclist fail to look after their chain, end up paying for it at the most critical moments, i.e. in a race & chain snap caused falls ! A proper maintained chain will last you a long time, a smoother ride, gear shifts & more time riding than roadside repairs.

Chain maintenance means cleaning your chain from sand stuck on them & not let the sand grind in your chain. Some lube it too wet causing sand to stick to the chain & some has too little oil in it to even lubricate it.

The right lube for the right job. We have seen some people using sewing machine lube, car lube & sorts of oil that are not designed for its specific use. If you can afford a nice bike, why get stingy with the lube ?

Rim Features:
  • This new rim design eliminates the traditional bead hook and uses our new bead socket technology™. It moves the sidewall of the rim down by 2-3mm.
  • By eliminating the bead hook and lowering the sidewall by 2-3mm we reduce the weight of the rim. Some of this material can be used in the center part of the rim making it stronger and stiffer.
  • The curve of the rim sidewall is the same shape as the bead of the tire so they fit together like a ball and socket joint. This design will help reduce the strain on the tire bead while creating a tighter seal.
  • By lowering the sidewall of the rim we also reduce the mechanical leverage the tire has on the rim. This will make the rim stiffer and last longer by eliminating flexing that can cause cracking.
  • With these short sidewalls the tire should not hit the rim and pinch flat as often as standard rims, either with or without tubes. This design will allow you to run lower pressures and use 4mm more of the tire than ever before. The tire will have larger air volume giving you better traction than any rim in the world.
  • Can be used with or without tubes.

IPOH: Cyclist Nurfaradhini Zakaria, who represented Malaysia in the 2009 Laos SEA Games team, was killed in fall during a training session with five other team members.
The 10.20am incident Tuesday at Jalan Teluk Sena, Parit, some 50km from here, also saw fellow cyclist Shahrul Nizam Che Shamsuddin suffering from a dislocated left shoulder. He was admitted into the Seri Manjung hospital for treatment.
Malaysian National Cycling Federation deputy president Datuk Naim Mohamad said Nurfaradhini, 27, suffered serious head injuries in the accident.
"She was first sent to a nearby clinic where she slipped into coma and was subsequently sent to the Changkat Melintang Hospital," he said.
Nurfaradhini, from the Royal Malaysian Navy personnel, was later admitted into the Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital here, where she died at 12.15pm.
A report was lodged at the Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital's police beat base.
Nurfaradhini was part of the winning team which won the silver medal in the mass road race in the Games.
Her remains were sent back to her hometown in Pasir Mas, Kelantan, after the post-mortem.
