Finish Line - Premium Bicycle Lubrication USA

Ceramic WET™ Lube

Ceramic WET™ is Finish Line’s most advanced and most effective racing lubricant. This wet-style full synthetic lubricant is enhanced with a nano-sized platelets of boron nitride and micron particles of fluoropolymer. As Ceramic WET builds it’s ceramic coating on the frictional surfaces of a drivetrain, cyclists will feel the smoothness and appreciate the added quietness. Ceramic WET ensures maximum drivetrain efficiency. This performance level often provides a physiological (reserved energy) and psychological (confidence) advantage for cyclists during climbs and sprints.

Ceramic WET’s extreme durability, amazing smoothness and ultimate quietness will exceed the expectations of most cyclists! This patented technology is sure to change the way mechanics prepare a bike for a race and it may even change the way racers compete during the race.

Ceramic WET is a full water-proof lubricant, so it can be used in all disciplines: Mountain bike, cyclocross, road and track racing.

Application tips: Apply generously to clean chain (Degrease, rinse with water and then dry.) Work in, wipe excess. Reapply after 1st ride to complete ceramic coating process. NOTE: The white ceramic particles may turn grey or black over time. This discoloration is normal and will not compromise performance. After several applications this will lessen.

• Patented Nano-Ceramic Chemistry
• For Hi-Torque Pedaling over Ultra-Long Distances
• Smooth and Quiet, Great for Racing!
• Totally repels water.

*Available in 2 oz & 4 oz packing.

Ceramic WAX Lube

Finish Line’s Ceramic-WAX is an advanced wax-based lubricant featuring nano-sized platelets of ceramic boron nitride and micron particles of fluoropolymer. Ceramic WAX creates a coating with an extremely low coefficient of friction. Every time Ceramic WAX is applied, the ceramic coating is enhanced, ultimately providing the durability of many oil-based lubricants! Ceramic WAX ensures total drivetrain cleanliness without the ‘distance’ compromise that other wax lubricants require.

With Finish Line Ceramic WAX there is no ‘wetness’ or stickiness on your chain or parts, so dirt or grime are not attracted or absorbed by the lubricant. By avoiding abrasive wear, parts run more smoothly and last much longer! And Ceramic WAX is engineered to not have a wax film that will buildup over time.

The technology that defines Ceramic WAX is so unique and leading edge it’s patented!

• Patented nano-Ceramic Chemistry
• Smooth & Quiet and extremely durable
• Perfect for dry climates & dirty conditions
• Builds ceramic coating on frictional surfaces

*Available in 2 oz & 4 oz packing.

WAX Lubricant (KryTech™)
Finish Line's WAX Lube goes on wet, but dries to a hard, dry, super-slick wax film. No oily greasy film to attract or absorb dust and dirt. DuPont's metal bonding Krytox® lubricating film in combination with M2 molybdenum, specialized waxes, and more, make our WAX Lube even slicker, quieter and longer lasting. Finish Line WAX Lube is wax lubrication technology at its best.. In fact, Bicycling Magazine says WAX Lube far outscores its competition. The industry's cleanest, driest, most durable wax lubricant... WAX Lube requires more frequent application, but your drivetrain will remain nearly contaminant-free, so cleaning before relubing is not usually required. Drivetrain parts that stay this clean last longer and work better! A dry, hard wax lubricant that keeps parts clean. Perfect for cyclists who value cleanliness over all else.

*Available in 2 oz & 4 oz packing.

DRY Lube made with Teflon® fluoropolymer
The industry’s original “dry” lubricant. Finish Line DRY Lube goes on wet, but then sets up in a dry, ‘paste-like’ film so it will not attract or absorb grit and grime. Teflon® fluoropolymer and specialized synthetic oils run silky smooth and provide excellent durability. Perfect for on or off-road riding – especially in dry, dirty, dusty conditions, while still providing adequate wet weather performance. Holds up to extreme pressures and resists water wash-off. A very versatile all-weather chain lubricant. Also, use on derailleurs, brake and shifter pivots. Features superior penetration qualities. Finish Line DRY Lube provides incredible drivetrain efficiency without attracting an excessive amount of contaminants – our most popular, best selling, most versatile lubricant.

*Available in 2 oz & 4 oz packing.

WET Lube (Cross Country™)
An “extreme” lube; super durable high viscosity synthetic oils, special polymers, anti-wear additives, friction modifiers, and more, all combine to make this Finish Line’s strongest, longest lasting, most water resistant lubricant. WET Lube goes on wet and stays wet on the chain. Recommended for long-distance riding and extreme weather conditions. If you use WET Lube for riding off-road or in dry climates, be sure to wipe the excess from parts; this will help minimize the attraction of dirt and grime. Since 1994, when this lube was first introduced, it has become the preferred lubricant for many professional on and off-road teams world-wide. Use WET Lube when you ride hard and long. Proven performance for 100-plus mile rides, muddy off-road conditions, long rainy commutes, and foggy salt-air coastal climates. A heavier, wet-style lubricant that requires a little more attention to drivetrain cleanliness, but delivers the ultimate in lubricity and protection.

Many cyclist fail to look after their chain, end up paying for it at the most critical moments, i.e. in a race & chain snap caused falls ! A proper maintained chain will last you a long time, a smoother ride, gear shifts & more time riding than roadside repairs.

Chain maintenance means cleaning your chain from sand stuck on them & not let the sand grind in your chain. Some lube it too wet causing sand to stick to the chain & some has too little oil in it to even lubricate it.

The right lube for the right job. We have seen some people using sewing machine lube, car lube & sorts of oil that are not designed for its specific use. If you can afford a nice bike, why get stingy with the lube ?

So pay more attention to your chain to make your rides more fun.

Have you checked your chain lately ?
